Terri Steele, MBA

Terri Steele, MBA is the Chief of People at Monolith since November 2022. Previously, Terri held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Mission Veterinary Partners from July 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Terri served as the Senior Vice President, Global People Operations & Payroll at AlixPartners from December 2006 to July 2020. Terri also has experience as a Business Owner at Tows R Us from 2001 to 2006, where Terri managed day-to-day operations, handled recruitment and onboarding, resolved employee relations issues, and won several industry awards. In terms of education, Terri holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Liberty University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management.
