Jared Wilgus

Jared Wilgus has a diverse work experience in the engineering and production management field. Jared started their career at Cargill in 2018 as a Production Management Engineering Co-op, where they developed safety habits and successfully managed a capital project. Jared then progressed to the role of Production Managment Engineer, where they completed the technical development program and gained experience in various biorefinery departments. Jared also took on responsibilities as shift leader, managing site emergencies and environmental incidents. In 2021, Jared became a Production Supervisor, overseeing production in Cargill's largest wet mill, ensuring compliance with EHS, food safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
