Kelsey Roste has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kelsey is currently working at Monolith as the Senior Director of Commercial Development since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director, Clean Energy and Natural Gas Integration at Monolith from April 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Monolith, Kelsey worked at Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) as a Course Facilitator from May 2019 to December 2022. Kelsey also has experience as the Director, Commercial at Steelhead LNG from June 2015 to April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Equity Research Associate - Canadian Energy Infrastructure at RBC Capital Markets from August 2011 to June 2015. Kelsey started their career at Price Waterhouse Coopers as Manager - Dispute Analysis and Valuations from August 2008 to July 2011. Kelsey also worked as an Associate - Valuations and Litigation Support at MNP from March 2007 to July 2008. Kelsey's earliest work experience was at TD Waterhouse Discount Brokerage as an Associate from March 2006 to March 2007.

Kelsey Roste has a diverse education history. From 2002 to 2006, they attended the University of Alberta and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics. In 2007, they enrolled at the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators and graduated in 2009 with a CBV certification. Recently, in 2020, they pursued further training in alternative dispute resolution. Kelsey completed both the "Arbitrator Training Course" and the "National Introductory Mediation Course" at The Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of BC.
