Shruthi Dasappa

Shruthi Dasappa is a Lead R&D Engineer at Monolith with experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at San Diego State University. Shruthi has conducted research on carbon and manganese oxide nanoparticles in flames at elevated temperatures. Shruthi has also worked as a Reactor Kinetics Intern at Monolith Materials, a Technology Management and Entrepreneurism Fellow at UC San Diego, and a NSF Research Intern at Argonne National Laboratory. Prior to that, Shruthi held engineering positions at Cummins Inc. focusing on after-treatment systems and high pressure partially premixed flames. Shruthi holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego, a Master's of Science from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Ramaiah Institute Of Technology.
