Bertie S. has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career at EE as a Sales Assistant from October 2010 to May 2013, where they focused on building customer relationships, making appropriate sales, and resolving inquiries and complaints.

They then transitioned to Towergate Insurance in February 2015 as a Customer Service Agent. Here, they provided customer support for a limited period until September 2015.
