Sauvik Chowdhury

Sauvik Chowdhury is a Sr. Staff Technology Development Engineer with experience in SiC power devices at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. Prior to that, they held roles such as Principal Design Engineer in silicon power MOSFET technology development at onsemi and Device Engineer specializing in SiC MOSFET technology development and reliability at Monolith Semiconductor. They also have internship experience in LED engineering and engineering summer internships at various companies. Sauvik holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and dual degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
