Casey Kraft

Casey Kraft is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in microscopy and customer service. Currently serving as Regional Lead for Professional Services at Benchling since August 2019, previous roles included Team Lead, Implementation Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Benchling, Kraft worked at ZEISS Microscopy from September 2010 to February 2019, holding positions such as Customer Application Scientist, Embedded Specialist, and Application Specialist. Responsibilities included training, troubleshooting, and supporting advanced imaging systems in the Northeastern US. Additional experience includes serving as Core Facility Manager at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where training and lectures on light microscopy were provided, and as an Adjunct Professor at Anne Arundel Community College. Kraft holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Pharmacology from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and a BS in Biology from Canisius University.
