Cecilia Manduca

Cecilia Manduca serves as Chief of Staff at Seqera since September 2022, while simultaneously holding board positions at Rubi Laboratories, Monomer Bio, and having led Seed initiatives at each organization. Prior experience includes a Principal role at Talis Capital from March 2020 to March 2024, assisting in the development of category-defining companies and co-leading Series C funding at Ÿnsect. Previous positions also include Business Development Manager at GrantTree and Voltaware, achieving significant sales target growth and securing funding. Cecilia co-founded Sinapsi Coop while in high school, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills early on. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King's College London and participation in an exchange program at Kasem Bundit University.
