David Gaiero

David Gaiero is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Partner at Monomoy Advisors since May 2024, David previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Cyteir Therapeutics from December 2020 to May 2024. At Wave Life Sciences, David was Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Interim CFO from July 2017 to December 2020. Prior roles include Controller at OvaScience, Director and Manager of Corporate Accounting at iRobot, and a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. David Gaiero holds a degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
