Holli Herbert Carlson has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Holli is currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Monopar Therapeutics Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Director of Commercial Solutions, and previously as the Director of Client Services.

Holli also has experience as the Vice President of Operations at Cour Pharmaceutical Development Company, Xalud Therapeutics, Inc., and Biscayne Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Holli Herbert Carlson pursued their education from 1987 to 1991 at Knox College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their field of study focused on modern languages. In addition to their academic achievements, Holli also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2016.
