Holli Herbert Carlson

Holli Herbert Carlson has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Holli is currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Monopar Therapeutics Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Director of Commercial Solutions, and previously as the Director of Client Services.

Holli also has experience as the Vice President of Operations at Cour Pharmaceutical Development Company, Xalud Therapeutics, Inc., and Biscayne Pharmaceuticals, Inc. At Biscayne Pharmaceuticals, they were responsible for overseeing corporate operations, including planning, legal agreements, intellectual property management, and fiscal record-keeping.

Before that, Holli held the position of VP of Operations at NeuroTherapeutics Pharma, Inc. There, they were responsible for building and managing corporate operations, presenting operational updates to the Board of Directors, and overseeing areas such as drug development, legal agreements, and intellectual property.

Their earlier experience includes roles at Ovation Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management, Clinical Affairs, and Director of Clinical Affairs - Operations. Holli led R&D strategic planning, portfolio management, and divisional planning, while also managing processes, identifying risks, and directing R&D teams.

Holli began their career at Abbott Laboratories, where they held various positions including Clinical Project Manager, Senior CRA, and CRA. Holli managed multiple programs, handled budgets and resources, and successfully filed and approved an sNDA. Holli also worked as a Clinical Research Associate at Premier Health Alliance.

Overall, Holli has extensive experience in clinical operations, strategic planning, portfolio management, and corporate operations in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

Holli Herbert Carlson pursued their education from 1987 to 1991 at Knox College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their field of study focused on modern languages. In addition to their academic achievements, Holli also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2016.
