Eric Chris has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric began their career at Parker Hannifin, where they held various roles, including Chemical Engineer, Senior Chemical Engineer Team Leader, Research and Development Manager, Material Science Engineering Manager, and Engineering Manager. In these positions, they focused on product development, innovation, and managing cross-functional teams.

In 2021, Eric joined TekModo as an Engineering Manager and later became the Director of Engineering and Quality. During their time there, they established engineering processes, drove product development, improved operational performance, and guided the strategic growth plan of the company.

Currently, Eric serves as the Director of Global Engineering at MonoSol, A Kuraray Company. In this role, they utilize their expertise to support the company's global engineering efforts.

Eric Chris completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Trine University between 1997 and 2001. Eric then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering from Purdue University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Recently, from 2017 to 2020, Eric attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Eric has obtained various certifications. In July 2020, they received the "Succeeding in DevOps" certification from LinkedIn. Earlier, in May 2004, they achieved the "Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I" from Parker Hannifin.
