Francesco Maselli

Francesco Maselli has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Francesco started their career as a Branch Manager and Financial Advisor at Allianz Lloyd Adriatico in 2003. Francesco then worked as a Market Research Analyst at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in 2006. Following this, they joined Morgan Stanley as an Equity Research Associate in 2008.

In 2009, Maselli began working at Pfizer as a Senior Project Manager Consultant for their European headquarters. Francesco then transitioned to 3H Partners & CS, where they held the roles of Senior Associate Management Consultant and Regional Sales Director & Director of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), leading sales teams and implementing effective relationship management strategies.

Maselli also worked at Elance as the Director of Business Development & Management Consultancy, focusing on driving business growth and providing strategic guidance. Francesco later joined Shaw Academy as the Director of Education Italian Markets & Formal Professor Investment and Trading Course. In this role, they managed business development and led educational initiatives.

Most recently, Maselli has been involved with Monotype, initially serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Monotype EMEA/AUS, and then transitioning to roles such as Director of Global Strategic Partnerships and Senior Director of Global Strategic Partnerships.

Throughout their career, Maselli has demonstrated expertise in business development, partnerships, strategy, and project management.

Francesco Maselli holds an MBA in International Management (ex MEB) from ESCP Business School, which they completed from 2006 to 2007. Francesco also achieved a Master Degree in Economics with first class (1.1) from Università degli Studi di Bari, where they studied from 2000 to 2006. Additionally, they have earned the ACA certification from ACCA.
