Joanna Brower is a strategic and results-driven Customer Success Operations Leader with extensive experience in CRM management and process optimization. They began their career as a Sales Assistant at Eschelon, where they supervised Sales Assistants and developed processes that drove sales support. Joanna later served as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Extensis, acting as a liaison between various departments to enhance business processes and improve system functionality. Currently, as the Senior Manager of Business Systems at Monotype, they lead initiatives to optimize customer engagement platforms and oversee integrations that ensure data integrity across operational systems. Joanna holds a degree in Liberal Studies from California State University-Fresno.
