Jon von Gillern

Jon von Gillern has extensive experience in the technology field. Jon is currently working as a Principal Engineer - R&D at Monotype, where they sold their font-security side project and is involved in integrating the technology into Monotype's products. Jon has also taken on several other R&D projects at the company. Prior to that, Jon worked as a Principal at von Gillern Consulting. Jon served as the Chief Technology Officer at WebCareHealth, where they managed all technological aspects of the business and developed a product called CoagMgr, which significantly reduced adverse events related to Coumadin Management. Jon has also worked as a Contract Software Developer at Igor, Power-over-Ethernet Lighting, ITA Group, Pioneer Hi-Bred, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and as an Analyst at Accenture. Throughout their career, they have showcased their expertise in developing software, creating utilities and research tools, and optimizing algorithms for data processing.

Jon von Gillern attended Iowa State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
