Arshad Pathare has a strong background in sales and business development. Arshad currently works as the Director of Enterprise Sales at Monotype, a leading provider of font-related products and technologies. In this role, they are responsible for leading the sales team and driving enterprise sales. Prior to this, Arshad worked as a Senior Manager of Enterprise at Monotype and as a Sales Team Lead for Canada.

Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft as a Partner Account Manager and as a Corporate Account Manager, where they played a crucial role in driving partner management strategies and leading valued customers into the digital age. 

Arshad started their career at Softchoice as a Technical Sales Supervisor, where they provided technical guidance to the sales team and supported software vendors.

Arshad Pathare earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Lassonde School of Engineering at York University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2006, and the Oracle Database 9i Administrator - Professional (OCP) from Oracle in 2001. Arshad also completed the Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS) program at Seneca College in 2001. Arshad Pathare has continued to acquire additional certifications, such as the Time Management Fundamentals with Microsoft Office in 2022 and the Growing as a Sales Manager certification from LinkedIn in 2023.
