Karla H.

Karla H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Karla started their career as an INS & US Marshall Detention Officer at Buffalo Federal Detention Facility in 1997. In 1999, they transitioned to MCI Worldcom as a Bad Debt and Fraud Analyst. Karla then worked as a Caseworker at Tioga County Children and Family Services from 2000 to 2002.

Karla joined Target in 2002 as an Executive Team Leader-Assets Protection before moving on to Lowe's Companies, Inc. in 2007. At Lowe's, they served as a Loss Prevention and Operations Support Manager until 2016.

In 2016, Karla joined del Lago Resort & Casino as a Risk Manager before being promoted to Director of Risk Management in 2018. Karla then moved to del Lago Resort & Casino & Peninsula Pacific Entertainment, LLC as the Vice President of Risk Management for a brief period in 2019. The same year, Karla joined Monro, Inc. as the VP of Risk & Safety Management.

Karla H. obtained their Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Corning Community College between 1993 and 1995. Karla then went on to complete their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from SUNY Brockport between 1995 and 1997.
