Madi Ball is an experienced emergency services professional, currently serving as a firefighter with the Rochester Fire Department and as an Emergency Medical Technician at both Monroe Ambulance and Barnard Fire Department Inc. Madi's career began with a role as a Deputy Sheriff Trainee with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office Recruitment Unit, following an exploration of opportunities in the fire service through the Webster Volunteer Fire Department and West Webster Fire Department. Madi holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University at Buffalo and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Monroe Community College.

Family owned and locally based since 1975, Monroe Ambulance is a full service ambulance and emergency response training company in the Rochester, NY region. Our services include 9-1-1 and interfacility ambulance transportation (including specialty care transport). Our training center is authorized to provide New York State CFR and EMT courses, the full line of American Heart Association ECC courses, and as well as NAEMT products such as GEMS and PHTLS.
