Jack Bernstein

Jack Bernstein is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. Currently serving as Managing Director at Monroe Capital LLC since April 2015, Jack has held various positions within the firm, including Director and Vice President. Prior to this role, Jack worked as an Associate at HIG Capital LLC and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank. Additionally, Jack gained early experience as an Analyst at UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking. Jack holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (2019) and a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business (2012). Notably, Jack served as the mandated M&A advisor and lead arranger for SoftBank Corp. on a significant $21 billion deal.
