Jeffrey Williams

Jeffrey Williams is the MD & Head of Underwriting for Capital Markets Transactions at Monroe Capital. Jeffrey has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including investment banking, trading, and sales.

Williams began their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2000 as an Institutional Sales Assistant. Jeffrey then moved to NYSE Euronext / Archipelago in 2002, where they worked in Trading Operations. In 2007, they took a position as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Lehman Brothers. After Lehman Brothers, they worked as a Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting from 2008 to 2009.

Since 2010, Williams has been with Monroe Capital, where they have served in various roles including Head of Capital Markets and Managing Director. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the underwriting team and executing transactions in the capital markets.

They are on a team with Jason Starr - MD, Real Estate, Opportunistic Credit, Dae Youn Kim - VP, Marketing, and Kyle Asher - MD & Co-Head, Opportunistic Credit. Jeffrey Williams reports to Theodore L. Koenig, Chairman & CEO.
