Chong Jet Rei

Chong Jet Rei has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Personal Trainer at CHi Fitness from October 2016 to February 2017. Chong then worked as a Business Development Consultant at marcus evans Group from March 2017 to January 2018. Chong joined Management Events as a Project Manager from February 2018 to June 2018. From July 2018 to December 2019, they worked as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group, where they played a crucial role in recruiting top talent for multinational and national companies in emerging economies. Chong then progressed to the role of Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant, focusing on the Industrial sector, from January 2020 to September 2020. Following this, they were promoted to the position of Assistant Division Head - Industrial at Monroe Consulting Group from October 2020 to January 2022. Chong subsequently became the Head of Division at Monroe Consulting Group from January 2022 to the present, where they continue to serve as the Regional Head of Industrial (SEA), working closely with key business leaders in the Industrial sector to provide tailored talent consulting solutions across the region.

Chong Jet Rei obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, beginning their studies in 2013 and completing them in 2015.
