Amy Zangara, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Amy began their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Generalist at DaimlerChrysler. In 2001, they joined KeyBank as a Branch Manager/Assistant Vice President/Licensed Relationship Manager and Assistant Manager/Licensed Relationship Manager. In 2014, they moved to Monroe Bank & Trust as an HR Staffing Officer and HR Staffing Specialist. In 2016, they joined DTE Energy as an HR Client Relations Consultant. In 2019, they became a Senior Human Resources Consultant at DTE Energy. In 2021, they were an HR Manager at DTE-Fermi 2 Nuclear Power Plant. Currently, they are the VP of Human Resources at Monroe Community Credit Union.

Amy Zangara, PHR, SHRM-CP, has an extensive education history. Amy obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Toledo in 1997, majoring in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Additionally, they earned an Associate's degree from Monroe County Community College in 1994, majoring in Associates of Science. Furthermore, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management in 2015, their PHR Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2014, their FINRA Series 6/63 Investment License in February 2009, and their Accident Health & Life Insurance License in 2008.
