Shane Konrad currently serves as a Violent Felony Investigator for the Monroe County District Attorney, overseeing investigative operations and enhancing case integrity. Previously, Shane held the position of Asset Protection Coordinator at Wegmans Food Markets, where strategies were developed to improve security and community relations. With extensive experience at the Webster Police Department spanning over 16 years, Shane progressed through various roles including Sergeant-Training Coordinator, Watch Commander, and Accreditation Coordinator, focusing on law enforcement training, operational excellence, and departmental compliance. Additionally, as Vice President of the 1000 Club PBA-Webster Police Department, Shane mediated disputes and negotiated labor agreements.
