Benjamin MacPherson

Benjamin MacPherson has over a decade of experience in the engineering field, specializing in project and reliability engineering within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Capital Projects Lead at Monroe Energy, LLC since February 2013, Benjamin has held several key roles including Project Engineering Lead, Turnaround Lead for FCC/Alky, and Reliability & Project Engineer. Prior experience includes positions as a Reliability/Equipment Engineer at DuPont from February 2011 to February 2013, and as a Reliability Engineer at Sunoco from June 2007 to March 2011, with an earlier role as a Summer Intern in the Steam Program at Sunoco in 2006. Benjamin MacPherson earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aerospace from the University of Delaware between 2003 and 2007.
