Sharon Watkins

Sharon Watkins has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Sharon started their career at Celanese in 1986 as a Process Development Engineer in Research and Development. Sharon then moved to Sunoco in 1987, where they held various roles including Lubricants Laboratory Manager, Bulk Planning Manager, Planning and Scheduling Manager, Lubricants Supply & Distribution Manager, Optimization Analyst, Refinery Optimization Manager, and Gasoline Optimization and Compliance Manager. Sharon worked at Sunoco until 2012. From 2012 onwards, Sharon has been working at Monroe Energy, LLC, where they have held roles such as Commercial Operations Leader, Vice President & Operations Leader, Technical & Logistics Leader and Vice President, and currently serves as the SVP Technical & Optimization.

Sharon Watkins obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware from 1982 to 1986. Sharon then pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration at the same university from 1987 to 1993.
