Danielle Crandon is an experienced health systems analyst specializing in informatics, currently employed at Monroe Plan for Medical Care since August 2015. Previously, Danielle worked as an informatics analyst at MVP Health Care from April 2011 to August 2015 and gained actuarial experience at Independent Health and Merchants Insurance Group from August 2007 to July 2007. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science from Le Moyne College, earned between 1996 and 2000.

For over 50 years, Monroe Plan for Medical Care, a not-for-profit health care services organization, has been focused on improving the health status of individuals and families who are recipients of government sponsored health insurance. Monroe Plan also has a robust and growing Health Home Care Management Agency (CMA) that is contracted with Health Home Hubs Serving 27 counties and close to 3000 members. Our CMA is widely recognized for providing expert and empathetic support to members and positively impacting health care outcomes as a result. Finally, Monroe Plan is the parent company of MP CareSolutions, a Healthcare Management Services Subsidiary. Through MP CareSolutions, we provide services to healthcare companies, large and small, offering expertise in Care Management, Utilization Management, Analytics, Provider Network Operations and more.
