Brittni Ackley

Brittni Ackley, SHRL, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Vice President of Business Operations and Vice President of Human Resources at First Choice Dental since December 2022. With extensive experience in human resources and corporate services, Brittni held the role of Vice President of Corporate Services for North America at Aebi Schmidt Group until April 2023, and previously was Vice President of Human Resources at Monroe Truck Equipment from 2018 to April 2023. Brittni's career also includes positions as Head of HR & Safety at Orchid Monroe and HR & Safety Manager at Industrial Combustion/Cleaver-Brooks. Brittni began with management roles as Branch Manager at QPS Employment Group and Labor Solutions, Inc. Additionally, Brittni has served as a Board Member for the Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board from January 2017 to June 2023. Educational qualifications include studies in Labor Relations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an earlier degree from the University of Wisconsin-Rock County.
