Jeff Helgesen

Jeff Helgesen is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Monroe Truck Equipment since July 2021, Jeff has held several significant roles, including Director of Operations at Kuhn North America, Inc., and Director of North America Operations at GSI Group, Inc. Previous positions include Sr. Director of Operations at Daikin Applied Americas and Plant Manager at both Nelson Global Products and Trane. Jeff's career commenced at Trane with various engineering roles, solidifying a strong foundation in mechanical engineering. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and has entrepreneurial experience as a small business owner.
