Charlie Hepburn is an experienced sales professional currently serving as a Territory Sales Representative for both 100% Bike & Snow and Mons Royale since March and August 2023, respectively. With a tenure at Tecnica Group starting in September 2012, Charlie has held multiple roles, including Territory Manager, overseeing sales for Blizzard skis and Tecnica ski boots in Colorado and New Mexico, and managing sales for California, Nevada, and Arizona. Prior experience includes positions at SIDAS and POC, where Charlie focused on sales growth and brand awareness in the CA/NV territory, and at Rocky Mountain as a Sales Representative. Charlie holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of New Hampshire, completed in 2011.

Mons Royale work with some of action sports top athletes as well as sponsor global events including Crankworx and the Freeride World Tour allowing us to showcase our unique brand of high performance merino wool to the rest of the world. With our head office located in the Southern Alps of New Zealand and a brand-new office in Innsbruck, Austria we’re sticking to our values of driving a local brand from mountain towns around the world and its enabling us to attract some amazing employees and build a business based what it’s really all about.
