Currently serving as the Head of Creative and New Business at Monster & Bear since December 2021, JC fosters growth and innovative approaches within the team. Previous roles include Executive Creative Director at Charles Elena, where transformative business strategies were implemented, and Senior Creative Lead at Moose Toys, focusing on captivating storytelling and digital innovation. With a robust background in management and creative production, JC also co-founded Bigkidz Entertainment and garnered industry recognition in early roles at Animationworks and Ettamogah Entertainment. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Animation from Queensland College of Arts and a Certificate in Design from TAFE NSW.
