Rama Padmini Gadiraju

Rama Padmini Gadiraju is a seasoned professional in the field of food science and product development, currently serving as the Director of Technical Development at Monster Energy since March 2023. With extensive experience at PepsiCo from August 2004 to March 2023, Rama held various senior roles, including Senior Manager and Senior Principal Scientist, leading numerous innovation and strategic projects for the Cola Beverage platform and executing projects across multiple beverage categories. Prior to PepsiCo, an internship at Campbell Soup Company and another at Firmenich focused on flavor application in baked products and beverages rounded out Rama's early career. Rama earned a Master of Science in Food Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology from Osmania University.
