Stefan de Ruiter is an experienced IT Project Leader at Monta since June 2022, with a diverse background in supply chain and customer service management. Prior to Monta, Stefan held various positions at Midwest Rubber Europe BV from April 2015 to May 2022, including Supply Chain Manager Europe and Customer Service Manager. Additional experience includes a role as Coordinator Document Services at Canon Business Services in 2014, and as Production Manager at Intens Reclame + Marketing from 2009 to 2013, where responsibilities included requesting print quotes and determining sales prices. Earlier roles at Roto Smeets involved planning and purchasing paper. Stefan holds educational credentials from Grafisch Lyceum Utrecht and Merewade College Gorinchem.

At Monta we want to make logistics even more fun and better every day; for our customers, consumers, and our own employees. We offer extensive services in the field of fulfilment and we rent our software to large webshops. Within the fulfilment branch, we provide logistics for more than 1,500 webshops with more than 1000 motivated employees. We do this from various warehouses, spread throughout The Netherlands. Due to the decentralized organization we are able to keep personal, direct contact with our customers. In terms of software, we have developed software for both smaller web shops (MontaConnect) and for major players with their own warehouses (MontaWMS). There is a strong focus on IT and innovation, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and flexible robotization. We work with a low threshold, without thick contracts and bureaucracy.
