Eleanor O'Neill

Eleanor O'Neill is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and customer success. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Monta since December 2024, Eleanor previously held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Ably from November 2021 to October 2024, where Eleanor focused on delivering real-time experience infrastructure. In earlier roles, Eleanor was the Chief Customer Officer at Ably, the EVP of Customer Success at Spacemaker AI (acquired by Autodesk), and Chief Customer Officer at Workshare (acquired by Litera), driving customer-driven strategies in each organization. Eleanor's foundational experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at Gordon Games and as a Software Engineer at ClaimVantage. Academic credentials include a PhD in Computer Science, an MSc in Networking & Distributed Systems, and a BA in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, alongside participation in the REE Fellows Program at Stanford University.
