Philip Henszelman Jørsboe

Philip Henszelman Jørsboe serves as the Head of Legal at Monta since April 2022, leading the Legal Team with a focus on commercial contracts, negotiations, partnerships, and regulatory compliance, including AFIR, PSD2, and GDPR. Prior to Monta, Philip Henszelman Jørsboe worked at Gorrissen Federspiel from October 2016 to April 2022 as an advokat, specializing in Intellectual Property Rights, Digital Business, and M&A. Additional experience includes a legal internship at Gernandt & Danielsson, a role as a law student at Kammeradvokaten, and serving as a teaching assistant at the University of Copenhagen. Philip Henszelman Jørsboe holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen, along with a graduate exchange program at the University of Texas and a summer school program at the London School of Economics.
