Lionel Goyet has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Lionel began their career in 1998 as an HR specialist in the French Army. Lionel subsequently worked as a human resources assistant and manager at Schlumberger, a global oilfield services company. From 2003 to 2007, Goyet served as the Human Resources Manager for LTX-Credence, a former division of Schlumberger. Lionel then joined Johnson & Johnson, where they held various HR director roles, including leading the integration of Synthes HR in the EMEA region. In 2013, Goyet became the Director of Human Resources at Montabert, a company specializing in demolition and drilling equipment. Lionel managed global HR responsibilities and oversaw areas such as employee relations, talent management, staffing, and training. In 2018, Goyet briefly transitioned into teaching human resources at MBway before leaving in 2019.
