Bob Frear

Bob Frear has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Bob started their career as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Phoenician Resort in 1989 and worked there for almost a decade. In 1998, they joined Starwood Hotels and Resorts as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing until 2002. Bob then moved to Montage Hotels & Resorts and held the role of Vice President Sales for over 10 years. Since 2015, they have been working as Director of Sales and Marketing at Pendry Hotels.

Bob Frear attended Arizona State University from 1978 to 1981, where they obtained a degree in Business with a focus on Business Management. In addition to their formal education, Bob has also obtained several certifications on various topics such as strategic thinking, time management, productivity, and unconscious bias through LinkedIn Learning.
