Ellen Alvarado

Ellen Alvarado has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ellen started their career as the Front Office Manager at The Westin Galleria & Westin Oaks in 1990 and later worked as the Service Express Manager at the same organization. From 1997 to 1999, they served as the Director of Rooms at The Westin South Coast Plaza. In 2000, they became the Operations & Accounting Manager at Marketing Creative Services (MCS).

Ellen's career continued to progress, and they held the position of Director of Internal Projects at Caesars Palace from 2003 to 2004 and Director of Weddings from 2002 to 2003. Ellen then joined Atlantis, Palm Island as the Executive Director of Hotel Operations in 2004. Afterward, they worked at Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas as the VP Quality Assurance until 2008. Ellen also served as the Director of Special Projects at Montage Hotels & Resorts from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Ellen worked as the VP Casino Special Events & Projects at Atlantis, Paradise Island before transitioning to the role of a Small Business Owner, focusing on real estate investments at PC Homes, LLC from 2011 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Director, Projects at Montage International since 2017.

Ellen Alvarado received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from Texas State University between 1984 and 1990. Ellen has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Becoming an Ally to All," "Transform Your Personal Brand," "Efficient Time Management," "How to Resolve Conflicts," and "How to Resolve Conflict and Boost Productivity through Deep Listening."
