John Rogers has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. John most recently worked as the Senior Corporate Director Operations, Food & Beverage at Montage International starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Rogers Investments Group, Inc as a Hospitality Professional from 2021 to 2023. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Hotel Manager at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa. John also has experience as a Director of Restaurant and Bar Operations at EAST, Miami by Swire Hotels from 2016 to 2018, and as the Director of Operations - Food & Beverage at Faena Group from 2014 to 2016. John has held various roles at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, including Director of Food & Beverage, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, and Director of Pool Operations from 2008 to 2014. Before that, they worked at Loews Miami Beach Hotel as a Food & Beverage Area Manager and Guest Services Manager from 2003 to 2008, and at InterContinental West Miami as a Front Office Manager and Guest Relations Manager from 2000 to 2003.
John Rogers attended Florida International University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality.
