Kendall Stephens, PHR has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They currently hold the position of Director of People at Pendry Park City, a role they assumed in June 2021. Prior to this, Kendall worked as an Assistant Director of People at Montage International from January 2018 to June 2021. They also held the position of Corporate Recruitment Manager at Montage International from January 2016 to December 2017. Kendall's experience in recruitment extends further, as they were also the Recruitment Manager at Montage Deer Valley from September 2013 to December 2015. Earlier in their career, Kendall gained experience as an Employment Specialist and a Human Resources Coordinator. They also had a role as a Paintbox Attendant at Montage International. Outside of the hospitality industry, Kendall briefly worked as a Kindergarten Aide at Weilenmann School of Discovery from January 2011 to November 2011. Prior to that, they served as a Legal Assistant at Storino, Ramello & Durkin from October 2008 to October 2010.

Kendall Stephens, PHR received a degree in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2013, Kendall obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. They also completed a certification course on Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion, offered by LinkedIn, in 2022.
