Shawna Norton

Shawna Norton has had extensive work experience in various roles within the field of human resources and payroll. Shawna started their career at Kelly Services in 2004 as a Branch Manager and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an HR Generalist at Park City Lodging, Inc. Shawna then joined Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) in 2009 as the Corporate Director of Human Resources and continued in that role until 2018. In 2018, they became the Director of Human Resources at Imedical Research Group, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they are employed at Montage International, starting in 2020 as the Corporate Director of Payroll Services and later promoted to the role of Senior Corporate Director of Payroll.

Shawna Norton obtained their Bachelors of Fine Art degree in Art/Art Studies, General from the University of Utah. Shawna later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at Kaplan University from 2007 to 2009.
