Andrew has over 25 years’ experience advising clients in relation to planning strategies and has a successful track record of obtaining complex planning permissions, including the negotiation of Section 75 Agreements. He thrives on helping clients to turn their development vision into a meaningful planning permission.

Andrew specialises in mixed-use masterplanning, World Heritage, Conservation Area and Listed Building issues for landowners, developers and investment fund managers.

Andrew is an expert in planning appeal work in Scotland and has also appeared as an expert planning witness at the Court of Session.
