Anthony Shaw

Anthony has over 11 years of experience working within the development sector, with a specific focus on residential-led disposals and acquisitions across the private, public and affordable housing sectors.

Anthony’s early years were first spent with a national housebuilder in the land team sourcing and acquiring sites for large-scale residential-led schemes. He then spent four successful years with a niche development agency gaining a strong understanding of the complexities that can arise pre, during or post a transaction.

Anthony’s experience has enabled him to source land and provides comprehensive advice to clients, including detailed appraisals and consultancy work in order to optimise schemes from both a planning and sales perspective.

From project inception, Anthony advises on various delivery structures to secure the best value for the client, while analysing the appropriate risks involved for our client’s corporate objectives.

In addition, Anthony has a successful track record of S106 disposals, acting on behalf of private developers and maximining their value to Housing Associations.
