Conor works within the Living Capital Markets team specialising in the acquisition and disposal of a range of investment and development opportunities which includes development land, standing / stabilised assets and forward funding projects.

He has experience advising developer, institutional investor and high net worth clients predominantly within the Purpose Built Student Accommodation and Build To Rent markets. He is skilled in providing investment and development appraisals, market research and strategic development and investment transactional advice.

Conor has been involved in a variety of acquisitions and disposals of portfolios, land and standing investments.
