Emily Village

Emily Village is a Senior Surveyor within the Development Advisory team specialising in compulsory purchase and regeneration.

She has undertaken valuation work for several Local Authorities and Transport Bodies and has advised and negotiated for the representation of both Acquiring Authorities and Claimants in respect to compulsory purchase. She is a RICS Registered Valuer.

Emily has experience in all types of land assembly schemes including transport, housing regeneration and major infrastructure.
