Fraser has over 18 years of experience working as a lead planning adviser on several of the firm’s main planning and development projects across Scotland.
Fraser has advised clients on a variety of issues with particular expertise in retail planning matters including retail policy, the sequential approach, retail impact and Section 75 legal agreements.
Fraser also advises on projects relating to master planning, pre-application consultation, stakeholder engagement, heritage matters, planning applications, legal agreements and planning appeals.
