Harriet has over 7 years’ experience in planning and development. Since joining Montagu Evans she has become a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, allowing her to provide commercially focussed planning advice to deliver complex and challenging development projects across England.
Harriet has experience working on a wide range of instructions across all sectors, but with a particular focus on commercial and mixed-use development, specifically the industrial and logistics sector.
Harriet advises a range of clients, including private and public sector developers, occupiers and funds, on a variety of planning matters and is involved in all stages of the planning process, from site appraisals and due diligence to the preparation and submission of planning applications and the negotiating of legal agreements and planning conditions.
