Jeremy has 18 years’ experience specialising in expert planning consultancy advice on development projects for developers, landowners and other public and private organisations.

His planning strategies ensure the delivery of projects while minimising risk in the process. He also draws on design teams to explore development potential and optimise delivery.

Jeremy has been responsible for managing the planning application process for a range of projects from large scale town centre regeneration and comprehensive estate regeneration projects to central London office redevelopment. His work includes advising on residential, office, retail, education and hotel development often as part of larger mixed use proposals and promotion of potential development sites through the local plan process.
