Josh joined Montagu Evans in 2018, and has since gained extensive experience in both the national office and industrial markets. He plays a key role in the Capital Markets team, with a primary focus on the disposal and acquisition of office and industrial assets, predominantly operating in the South East.
He has acted on a number of notable transactions in recent years, including Federated Hermes’ acquisition of a ground lease portfolio in Aberdeen for £32.1m, and Brunswick Property Partners acquisition of both Knollys & Stephenson House, Croydon and Carlson Court, Putney for £33m and £23m respectively.
Josh has also successfully disposed of a number of properties, including Ingate Place, Battersea for £9.25m and Bilton Road, Bletchley for £4.7m.
As well as sourcing prospective opportunities for clients, he provides detailed analysis of investments through financial modelling, development appraisals and market research.
