Lisbeth specialises in commercial and residential property valuations and appraisals within most mainstream markets but with an emphasis on retail and leisure property and Central London residential development.

Lisbeth has been involved in a number of high profile development projects during her 20 years’ experience. She provides valuation advice at site acquisition, during the planning process and throughout construction and sale of the development.

Lisbeth recently provided bank valuation advice on two large commercial portfolios, including a portfolio of 75 industrial units spread across the country, and an established business park in the South East.
