Neil Dryburgh has over 25 years’ experience providing strategic development and agency advice on large residential and mixed-use developments. He is also active in retail lease advisory/viability modelling and public sector consultancy.

In the residential sector, Neil acts for clients, including NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, the UK’s largest NHS body, on their circa £100 million surplus estate disposal programme and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) on their UK-wide estates’ rationalisation.

In retail lease advisory/viability modelling Neil acts for some of the UK’s highest profile landlords including Landsec, Hines, Ellandi and Ares on prime shopping centres and retail parks including Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow where he has advised on shopping centres, prime high street rent reviews/re-gears, ground lease re-gears and development site acquisitions.

His public sector consultancy work includes advising local authorities and NHS bodies on a range of often complex and challenging jobs requiring bespoke advice. Notable projects include advising South Lanarkshire Council on the £110 million development of the University of West of Scotland Campus in Hamilton, Glasgow City Council on development in relation to the £500 million Glasgow Harbour Project and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde on retail lettings in the new £1 billion Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.
