Montagu Evans
Nick provides heritage and townscape advice on a wide range of planning and development projects across Scotland. He is a Full Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation and the author of numerous books and articles on aspects of Scottish architectural and cultural history.
Before joining Montagu Evans in 2022, Nick ran his own freelance heritage consultancy. Working with a wide range of private, commercial and public sector clients, Nick has significant experience advising on the conservation and sensitive redevelopment of heritage assets/sites in Scotland including listed buildings and their settings, conservation areas, World Heritage Sites, and Inventory Gardens & Designed Landscapes.
